Egyptian Internet (Show your wooow sorry your .......)

يا سلام عليك يا انترنت بلدي 45 جنيه فالشهر يابلاش اه الحلاوه ديه اه الطعامه ديه ياسلام
ياسلام ياسلام قرار من وزاره الاتصالات ان سعر الانترنت فائق السرعه جامده فائق السرعه ديه الي هو 256 الموضوع ده اتلغى اصلا بره مصر المهم ان سعره هيبقى 45 وادام السعر نزل يبقى لازم يزلوا اهلينا المهم انك هتقعد 2 ساعتين فاليوم وتنزل 2 جيجا فالشهر بس هتزود هتلبس. هتلبس فلوس يعني
طب ليه القرار السخيف ده معذره يا وزاره الاتصالات بس سخيف ديه اكتر كلمه محترمه تتقال يعني اتخن راجل من وزاره الاتصالات ينزل كده على اي قهوه ويقول انا من وزاره الاتصالات وانا شاركت قالقرار ده والله محدش يعرف اه الي هيحصلوه هيتنفخ
اصل الموضوع ملهوش لازمه. ماشي كويس لو خليته وخليت النظام القديم ابو 95 جنيه بس تلفي النظام القديم الموضوع باين وش انو سرقه احم احم قصدي باين انكوا عاوزين تخلوا الشعب يوفر شويه
فا انا بناشد كل واحد عنده انترنت يلتزم بنفسه وميدفعش اصلنا مش هنموت لو اقعدنا من غير انترنت شهر اتنين بس الشركات هتموت واقسم برب العزه لو ده حصل لا الشركات هتلغى النظام وتسب للوزاره اسف تشتكي للوزاره علشان يلغوا القرار
وانا بحلف بالله ان اذا القرار اطبق انا مش هدفع مليم واحد والله والله والله ماهدخل على الانترنت
وياريت يا شباب نتفق على حاجه واحده ده ممكن بعد كده وزاره الكهربا تقولك اخرك تلعب 4 ساعات على الكمبيوتر او وزاره التعليم العالي تقولك اخرك تفتح

What do you think in Egyptian IT industry?

I've been shocked a little when I saw this picture (the one lower the context) but I said that's right, so why I've been shocked and why I admitted that.

Shocking: came from that I know and I am sure of that, we have brilliant people and they can carry the IT industry in Egypt to infinity success, I've dealt with a lot of IT professionals whatever the tool they use, but they working in same room, working in IT field, but as Mohamed Nabil said in his really really great post, we don't want to innovate new technology, he didn't say go and reinvent the wheel, he was talking about innovating something new, I recommend you to read this post

Why that's right: almost of my friends who did great and powerful graduation projects, really new ideas, great work, perfect implementation, etc
after all of that, they haven't the motivation and ambition to continue, executables isn't products, what about if each computers and information faculty in Egypt out 50 - 60 IT products, just 1 and only 1 research in any IT field???
Would Egypt rank be like that??!!
Would next CS and IS generations have this frustration that most of us have?!!!
Would some of IS students going on to make web sites as graduation projects??????????!
